About Neversoft

Neversoft has been in business since 1997 and started off providing IT contracting services to various companies. In 1999 we decided to branch out in to selling computers, software, network equipment and technical support services to the small and medium sized business market. In May of 2001, we felt that the home office and the poor souls trying to make their home computers behave were in need of assistance, so we have added this segment to our customer base. We also sell computers, MP3 Players and other equipment that we take a personal interest in on eBay.

Our team is made up of technicians who have extensive experience in all facets of IT support. We are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, recognised around the world as having proven our knowledge and abilities in desktop, servers, security and networking.

Computer Equipment Sales

We don't have a retail shop that you can visit, this helps you by not having the overhead of leasing a shopfront included in our prices. We deliver our computers to you through our delivery team in the Melbourne metro area or via courier/Australia Post for everyone else.

Our Neversoft systems are constructed from only brand-new components. They come with a 1-year warranty, and monitors usually come with a 3-year on-site warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Warranties

All our IBM, Compaq and Toshiba systems are sold with the manufacturers warranty, or for Neversoft Built computers, we provide a 1-year return-to-base warranty. Also for all systems, we provide a 7-day dead-on-arrival fix or refund warranty.
